Terms of Service – WhyNotZuK
1. Seller
The WhyNotZuK store (whynotzuk.com) is run by Rafał Chrząszcz, a private individual running an unregistered business activity within the meaning of Polish law.

The store runs on the Shopify platform. Sales contracts are concluded directly with the seller (not with Shopify).
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the store and the conclusion of sales contracts for products offered in the store. By using the store, you accept these Terms and the related policies: the Privacy Policy, the Complaints Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Legal Notice.
3. Products (print on demand)
Products (including T-shirts and hoodies) are made to order by our production partner Printful once the order has been paid. Colours and appearance on screen may differ from the actual product depending on your device and display settings.
4. Orders and payment
Placing and paying for an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed (usually by email) and payment has been received.
Prices shown in the store apply at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs and any taxes/customs duties (if applicable) are shown before payment or result from the regulations of the recipient's country.

Products are made individually to order (print on demand), so the right of withdrawal does not apply. You may file a complaint for a defective or damaged item – see the Complaints Policy.
6. Age
Use of the store and placing orders is intended for adults (18+) or with the consent and under the supervision of a legal guardian.
7. Intellectual property
Store content (texts, graphics, WhyNotZuK print designs, page layout) is protected by law. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without the seller's consent, except for permitted use under applicable law.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or delays beyond the seller's control (e.g. carrier, Printful, platform outages), without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the buyer's country of residence.

10. Product reviews
Reviews marked “Verified purchase” come from people who bought the product in our store — we verify this against the order. Reviews without this label have not been verified. We publish all reviews, both positive and negative. For reviewing a purchased product — regardless of the rating given — the customer may receive a one-time 10% discount code for a future purchase, linked to the email address used for the order.
